AI Instagram content, generated and published.
Instagram is the channel where a small business is judged on visuals first, which is exactly the part a one-person team has no time for. Fluxary generates the image and the caption together, from the brand it read off your website, and publishes through Instagram’s official API.
Why Instagram is the hardest channel to keep up
A LinkedIn post can be pure text and still work. An Instagram post cannot: the image is the post, and the caption is the caption. That doubles the work per slot and puts a design step in front of every publish — which is why business Instagram accounts go quiet faster than any other channel.
The workaround most people land on is stock photos, and it reads as exactly what it is. A generic office photo tells a visitor nothing about your bakery, your clinic or your software, and it makes a real business look like a placeholder.
How Instagram publishing works here
Connect a Business or Creator account
Instagram’s API only allows publishing from a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page you administer. Fluxary checks this before sending you to the connection screen, so you do not hit a dead end.
Generate image and caption together
The image is generated in your brand colours and framed for the feed; the caption is written for Instagram specifically, not reused from LinkedIn.
Approve what goes out
Review the image and caption side by side, regenerate either one, then approve. Nothing publishes before that.
Published through the official API
Approved posts go out as feed posts or Reels at the scheduled time. Fluxary is verified by Meta as a service provider; there is no automation browser and no password sharing.
What you can publish to Instagram
- Single-image feed posts with a generated image and caption
- Reels from generated video, shared to the feed as well
- Scheduled publishing in your timezone, with no reminder to open the app
- Engagement tracking on what you published — likes and comments pulled back from the API
- Follower history, so growth is a line rather than a number you screenshot
The requirements, before you spend time on setup
Meta, not Fluxary, sets these. Getting them wrong is the single most common reason an Instagram connection fails, and the error message Meta returns does not explain any of it:
- Your Instagram account must be a Business or Creator account. Personal accounts cannot publish through the API — no third-party tool can work around this.
- It must be linked to a Facebook Page you administer. Instagram publishing runs on that Page’s access, which is why both appear during the connection.
- When Meta asks which Pages to grant, leave every Page ticked. Unticking one revokes access for it immediately, and anything connected to it stops publishing.
What Fluxary does not publish to Instagram
No Stories, no carousels, and no comment or DM handling. Feed posts and Reels are what the official publishing API supports cleanly, and those are the two we do. Instagram insights are read back for the posts Fluxary published, so the engagement numbers in your dashboard are the platform’s own.

Do I need an Instagram Business account?
Yes — a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page you administer. That is an Instagram API requirement, not a Fluxary one, and no tool can publish from a personal account.
Can it post Instagram Stories or carousels?
No. Fluxary publishes single-image feed posts and Reels. Stories and carousels are not supported.
Does it publish automatically?
Only what you approve. Approved posts publish at their scheduled time; unapproved ones stay as drafts.
Are the images actually different from stock photos?
They are generated per post in your brand colours, and the visual language follows your industry — a physical business does not get software-product imagery.
Does Fluxary use my Instagram password?
No. The connection is OAuth through Meta’s official flow, and publishing goes through the Instagram Graph API. Fluxary is verified by Meta as a service provider.
Can I see how the posts performed?
Yes. Likes and comments are read back from the API for posts Fluxary published, and follower counts are tracked over time.
